XLS+ ProLine21 Activation Failed

I need Help.
I installed the new eaglsoft citation xls+ the first time,but it lockup my computer.So i unistalled the eaglesoft citation
xls+ to see if that was the problem,it was.tried to re-install the aircraft the second time using a different path.The aircraft loaded fine,but when trying to install the ProLine 21 it told me i used the online software activation multiple times.It was only the second time i try?
Here all the info i got from it.

My System is a Dell Home Premium
Intel i7 3.4GHz
Flight Simulator X/SP2

Hi Mike,

I am assuming that at this time the aircraft is installed on your computer? If it is, please go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mindstar\Flight SImulator Addons\" and run the register.exe application and let it re-register your Pro Line 21 gauge.

By all means keep Personal and Registration/License info private.

You need to stop uninstalling it. Every single time you do an uninstall, you mess things up further. This concept that an uninstall fixes everything needs to die a horribly, painful death.
When you install the addon, if something goes wrong... leave it as it is. So we can correct the issue.

Contact Mindstar at support [at] mindstaraviation [dotcom]. Replace the [at] with @ and the [dotcom] with .com

This issue is resolved. Important part of this... if something goes wrong, stop. Ask for help.
